Evans Brothers Construction LLC is a multi-service contractor that has been in business since 1998 specializing in EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems) with additional trades and services for both commercial and residential construction. We welcome projects ranging in size and scope including both new construction, repair and remodeling.
Our EIFS division is experienced, trained and committed to installing, maintaining and repairing your EIFS system. We have received numerous certifications and training in order to provide the best service possible. We are committed to installing and repairing your system properly by following manufacturer and industry specifications.

Whether you have just purchased your EIFS home or have enjoyed it for years, Evans Brothers Construction can help in all aspects of your EIFS system. Services include initial EIFS inspection, periodic review of system condition (including sealant condition), minor repairs (bird holes, impact damage), major remediation, refreshing the look of a faded system by installing a new coating and cleaning.
Home Buyers
As with everything now-a-days, the quality of construction varies greatly. Prior to purchasing your EIFS home, we can perform an independent third-party EIFS inspection to determine if the EIFS on your potential new home was installed properly or has any identifiable water intrusion/damage.
Already have an EIFS inspection, we can provide a comprehensive review of the inspection, create a scope of work required to bring the EIFS up to manufacturer and industry standards, and perform all repairs.
*If we provide an EIFS inspection on a structure, we do not perform the repairs to avoid any conflict of interest.
Home Inspectors
Do you have a client with an EIFS home? We can provide a certified independent third-party EIFS inspection should you not offer those services.
Need to recommend an EIFS repair contractor to handle system deficiencies found during your inspection, we can provide a comprehensive review of the inspection and compile the needed scope of work required to bring the EIFS up to manufacturer and industry standards.

Under some circumstances, it may be beneficial to obtain a warranty on the EIFS to help the sale of the home. We can help you through the process and answer any questions you or your client may have concerning the EIFS warranty. However, in our opinion, if the EIFS has been inspected and repaired properly, the money spent on an EIFS warranty is better saved and used for future monitoring and maintenance. General Contractors
We specialize in the installation, repair and inspection of EIFS.
We strive to install the EIFS on your project within manufacturer and industry specifications. This includes working closely with other sub-contractors whose trades need to properly integrate with the EIFS.
Unlike many other EIFS contractors, we will not sub-contract out to another company not do we use any illegal labor. Too many companies now-a-days obtain the project and sub-contract the work to a less qualified crew leading to installation issues and potential water intrusion issues in the future. If you hire Evans Brothers Construction, you will have Evans Brothers Construction on your site performing the work!
